Jeffrey Braun Furniture is managed by husband-and-wife team, Jeffrey and Lindsay Braun. The company was founded in the belief that superb design, comfort, and style are best achieved through personal relationships and custom details.
In the 1990’s, Jeffrey nurtured a thriving career as an art director in the Chicago film scene. He earned his B.A. in filmmaking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, but became frustrated by the impersonal nature of set design. Jeffrey moved to Seattle to pursue an interior design degree at Cornish College of the Arts, and graduated in 2000. He partnered to form his own interior design firm and quickly honed his furniture design skills on several high-profile projects in the Seattle area. Jeffrey exhibited an intuitive sense of form and function, and introduced his own line of furniture in 2002. Jeffrey Braun Furniture made its official debut at the San Francisco Design Market to industry-wide acclaim.
In 2004, Jeffrey met Lindsay at a coffee shop in downtown Seattle. Lindsay is a graduate of the University of Washington (B.A., communications) and her career has traversed state politics, tribal relations, marketing and business strategy. The two married in 2007 and joined forces at Jeffrey Braun Furniture shortly thereafter. (They’ve also managed to have two children along the way: Stella and Jasper.)
Jeffrey continues to manage the company’s product line, manufacturing and custom design efforts, while Lindsay oversees client communication and project management. Together, their goal is to offer innovative, personalized solutions to design challenges.
